Standard 3-Ply: Classic paper with a coined edge
Linen-like: Heavier material with an elevated feel
Cocktail napkin dimensions: 5” x 5”
Luncheon napkin dimensions: 6.5” x 6.5”
Guest towel napkin dimensions: 4.25” x 8”
Shiny foils will have a higher shine to them than brushed foils. Brushed foils will have a slight shine. Matte foils will have no shine.
Napkin colors and imprint colors may vary slightly in person from what is shown on a digital screen

If you are looking for something more unique and tailored than our semi-custom designs, we can create a custom design for you.
Custom designs include access to our large font, motif and monogram library.
If you see a design on our website but want to change the fonts and add a custom element, this would be considered a custom design.
All print ready monograms or artwork files created outside of Surcie fall under the “custom design” product.
Watercolor crests, venue drawings and highly detailed custom designs will incur an additional fee.

If you are providing your own artwork files, please email them to info@shopsurcie.com as soon as your order is placed. For watercolor or full-color artwork, please provide a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. For single or two-color designs, provide a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG or EPS format). A $50 file adjustment fee will apply if artwork is submitted in a format that does not meet these guidelines.

Orders requiring custom artwork outside of our design library may extend the standard proofing timeline.
Your initial proof includes one complimentary revision. Any further changes will incur a $15 proof fee.
Estimated turnaround times from proof approval: 2-3 weeks.
Production will not begin until your proof is approved.
